Meeting the needs of landlords that want to manage properties themselves. This is a landlords direct service, a low cost service that puts you in the driving seat and allows you to take control of the lettings cycle.

  • we will conduct viewings and then pass on details to you
  • you will be responsible for producing all legislative paperwork and the vetting process
  • should your require assistance at any step, we can provide agreements/paperwork/credit referencing as required
